Our Safety Policy

At My Pet's Animal Hospital, we strive to create a happy, safe environment for both pets and people.  To this end, we reserve the right to decline our boarding services to animals that might be aggressive to our staff or cannot be safely handled by our kennel staff.  If you suspect your dog or cat might have aggressive tendencies, we can evaluate him/her and recommend alternative solutions such as a pet-sitter, professional training, or even medications in some cases.  There are serious risks (human, health, liability, etc.) associated with owning an aggressive animal.  Each pet is assessed individually since some pets that are aggressive at the veterinary hospital have no such issues, or may be entirely controlled and safe with their family members at home.
